Team Palmer Pedal Power!

Thank you all again for a fantastic fundraising campaign! Together we have raised $14,485 for the Jimmy Fund! That beats last year's total by more than three thousand dollars! The entire Pan-Mass Challenge organization is poised to raise over 27 MILLION DOLLARS... not too shabby for a bike-a-thon!

For our second year participating in the ride, we felt we were able to better pace ourselves and take the time to meet up with a few of the long-time PMC supporters along the route. Other than a flat tire and a snapped chain, we made it in one exhausted but exhilarated piece! This ride is so much larger than the physical mileage... the people, the stories, and the goal make it one of the very best events we'll ever be a part of.

In 2007, a major source of our fundraising efforts went into a calendar raffle. For each $20 personal donation we received, we put a ticket into our raffle box and pulled a winning ticket EVERY DAY during the month of July. It was a tremendous success. The daily prizes ranged from $50 to $200 and we gave away a number of excellent gifts. Here's a list of the winners:
